The very definition of the perfect family run Taverna! From the amazing views, friendly service to the just amazing food we've tasted in Greece! No words can describe just how awesome this food was. All homemade from their local farm. It's a must if your ever in Kalamata...or even in Greece! We WILL be back!

We stayed in the village for 3 days and went to eat at this taverna 2 times ! The food was delicious, big servings for a reasonable price . My boyfriend and I took 2 starters, 2 mains, 1/2 L of wine and 2 coffees for 45 euros (+bread). They have a big menu, but the dishes depend on the season. Highly recommend the fried zucchini balls ! Also great view

Amazing place. These are the places make you want to come Greece every year. Great food, great atmosphere and very good prices. I have had lamb chop and it was very good meat well cooked. This restaurant definitely deserves 5 star.

This is a very authentic Greek tavern experience. The drive to Mrs. Georgia s tavern in a quaint village above the sea... is magnificent. The food is absolutely delicious fresh as can be !!!! We had many traditional dishes undeniable amazing and Kiria Giorgias olives are marinated in her special secret recipe ,... they are the most delicious we have ever had ! Efharistoume kiria Yioyia kai to xronio !

So worth the drive!!! Family run restaurant that does not use seed oils at all unlike other restaurants! Everything is from their farms. So happy we found this gem and look forward to enjoying their food whenever we are visiting the area.

One of my favorite restaurants! The food was excellent, and the owners are wonderful people. The place has a nice view of the Messinian Gulf. We chose it for my aunt’s birthday dinner, and it turned out to be a perfect choice. There’s a parking area for customers, which is very convenient. During the busy summer season, it’s best to make a reservation.

Great service, great place, excellent and friendly, honest owners, very clean restaurant. The food was more than excellent, authentic Greek food , prepared as if your Greek grandmother cooked it. The meat comes from their own farm, it is excellent, words cannot describe the very high quality! A hidden gem , just a couple of kilometers away from the beach!

I had the pleasure of dining at this incredible restaurant in the Peloponnese, and I must say it was one of the best culinary experiences I’ve had in Greece! The restaurant came highly recommended by locals, and it did not disappoint. The food is entirely homemade, and you can taste the love and authenticity in every bite.
I was particularly impressed by the goat meat, which was tender, flavorful, and simply cooked to perfection. The souvlaki was another highlight—juicy, well-seasoned, and grilled just right. You can tell that this place uses fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the traditional recipes they follow make the meal even more special.

Wonderful! Family-run restaurant with delicious authentic food and beautiful views from the outdoor seating. The meat and produce is from the family farm. We were happy to find there was no music playing, allowing us to enjoy the conversation and rural setting.
The menu is huge, but not all items may be available depending on when you go (in our case, the sheet-type pies were sold out for the day). There were still tons of options.
We ordered a variety to share. Standout dishes were the chicken souvlaki with bacon, and the beef in lemon and olive oil. Finished the meal with a piece of delicious semolina cake with ice cream.
I have a peanut allergy, and they were happily peanut-free! (But please always do your own checking).
There was an English menu but the waitress didn't know English, so we asked for a Greek menu so we could triangulate with her using our limited Greek. It worked well!- Εξυπηρέτηση
